"I am so encouraged by the way Equipped To Serve allows us to focus on the fact that our clients are women, and not just problems to be solved."
"I am impressed with this ministry, the attitudes, the love, and help that you offer. You are really a light in this dark world. I would be proud to be associated with you."
"I think the training tools were just great- the acronyms, clear visuals, repetition of the fundamentals, class exercises, etc."
"I enjoyed and learned immensely from each session. I was sad when the last session came. The trainer's respect and faith in each one of us was also very encouraging."
"I found Training the Trainer extremely helpful. When we changed our manual to Equipped To Serve it really revolutionized our training. The feedback we received from our volunteers was excellent. They easily understood the material and said it was fresh and easier to apply. I am teaching in new and interesting way. God has blessed our Center through the training."
Faye McClusky - Holland, Michigan
"Cyndi increased my awareness of the seriousness of what we do and taught me the impact I can have. The training improved my confidence in my ability to train volunteers and gave me new ways to approach training. Cyndi demonstrated the concepts. My learning was enhanced by an experiential approach, and I realized how much more volunteers would learn from this method as opposed to lecture alone."
Evelyn Petty - Portland, Oregon

Banquets & Volunteer Retreats"Cyndi Philkill's presentation brought our banquet guests to tears as she unfolded God's heart for those in pregnancy related crisis. The audience was challenged to reflect the heart and manner of Jesus' ministry when relating to those suffering from, or struggling with, the consequences of their own choices. The crowd was brought to their feet in exuberant applause as she closed stating as we seek to minister like Jesus the women served will walk away from their encounters with us saying . . .'A bruised reed they did not break, and a smoldering wick they did not snuff out.' (Isaiah 42:3) We highly recommend Cyndi as a banquet speaker. " Susan Jennings, Executive Director, Life Choices, Inc.
